Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
  • 3+ years of experience as registered nurse in a home health agency
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience

We're looking for Supervisor to join our team who is passionate about Home Health Infusions and who can lead a staff of incredible nurses to help their patients day in and day out to receive top notch care, coupled with compassion, dedication and an eye for detail! We truly believe that if our staff is happy - everyone is happy. Our main goal is for our nurses and staff alike to build relationships with their patients so that both the nurse and patient are comfortable while they are in each other's company.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient care by staying up-to-date with current Home Health Regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), and other industry standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our dynamic team of healthcare professionals, leading team conferences to foster seamless coordination and continuity of care across disciplines and departments.

In this role, you'll also contribute to our quality management and performance improvement initiatives, helping us continuously elevate the standard of care we provide, all while responding to the evolving needs of the Agency.
