Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with experience managing K-12 school construction projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can oversee all onsite activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Familiarity with school construction standards and working in occupied campuses is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, school administrators, and inspectors
• Maintain project documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and progress photos
• Schedule inspections and coordinate site access with school officials
• Enforce job site safety in accordance with OSHA and company policies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in K-12 or public sector construction
• Proven success managing multiple trades and phases on occupied school campuses
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
