We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Team as Junior Validation Engineer and Junior Process Engineer. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real impact in ensuring our high standard of quality and compliance.

What will you be doing in this role

As a Junior Validation Engineer / Junior Process Engineer, you will assist in the qualification and requalification of production environments and equipment, ensuring that all systems / equipment meet the required standards and are functioning correctly.

You will prepare and review various types of technical documentation, such as qualification protocols and reports (IQ, OQ, PQ), P&IDs, risk analyses and layouts, ensuring that each phase of the process meets regulatory standards and is well-documented.

You will perform calibrations and field verifications of critical measurements, including temperature, humidity, pressure, time, RPM and conductivity, using Ellab equipment to ensure maximum accuracy in validation activities.

Additionally, you will coordinate validation projects, manage timelines, resources and client communications, ensuring proper documentation and communication of results to maintain client satisfaction.

You will also ensure the proper functioning and availability of validation instrumentation through regular maintenance and troubleshooting, taking care of validation instrumentation to keep it in optimal condition.

Skills that you'll bring to Ellab

• Up to 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector or related service companies, providing a basic understanding of industry practices and standards.
• Team-working attitude, willing to contribute to a team environment, crucial for collaborative project execution.
• Good knowledge of FDA and European regulations and guidelines, ensuring awareness of important regulatory standards for maintaining compliance and quality.
• Basic technical understanding and foundation to handle various aspects of the job, ensuring tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to independently manage the execution of projects, demonstrating planning and execution skills with some level of autonomy.
• Capability to oversee both human and technical resources with guidance, ensuring project components are well-coordinated.
• Strong communication skills for effective interpersonal relationships, both internally and with client company structures, creating timelines and identifying necessary resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for basic data analysis, reporting and project management.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge and the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
• Attention to detail, crucial in validation and process engineering.
• Openness to receiving guidance and feedback from more experienced colleagues, essential for continuous improvement and development.
