We are seeking a Junior IT Technical Analyst (1st line support) to join our team, on the Washington DC site, who can provide great customer service whilst working on IT issues.

The successful candidate will already have experience providing first class IT support within a commercial environment.

*This is a part time position working onsite Monday - Friday 13:00 - 18:00*

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and software.
• Document and track issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk system.
• Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Ability to work independently when need arises.

Experience & Qualifications

The candidates must have previous experience working with:

• Windows 10 & 11
• Microsoft Office 2016 / 365
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Basic networking knowledge
• Network printing
• Working in multi-site multi technology environments
• Remote support
