Responsibilities Apply your knowledge as a Junior Systems Engineer to support specific technical tasks at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, West Bethesda, MD. * Configure and test computer assemblies including multi-disk RAID arrays and networks. * Execute Linux (CentOS or Red Hat) scripts to document system configurations and to update system software. * Install upgrades to system and system assemblies using installation and checkout procedures or engineering drawings. * Conduct performance verification and acceptance testing for systems during system development or upgrade. Qualifications * High School diploma and 1-2 years of college or related work experience in comuter science or engineering fields * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (Must be a US citizen) Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
