We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and design of structural systems using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. Engineering experience or knowledge in steel stud design is an asset.
• Support the development of structural drawings and project document.
• Conduct site visits and field reviews under supervision.
• Prepare structural calculations and load analysis in compliance with building codes, material codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, RFEM or STAAD).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
