Brooksource and our Elevate Program is looking to hire a Junior Software Engineer who will be working on highly visible projects and rotations for the multiple Enterprise Teams at one of our clients in Louisville, KY. You will be joining a team at one of the largest pizza delivery restaurant chains in the United States. This team is needing a candidate with a high willingness to learn and technical aptitude in a very agile environment.

You will recieve customized technical training and professional development through Brooksource's associate-level consulting program, Elevate!

What do you need?

• Graduation from University or College, focused in Information Technology, Data, Software Development, or related skill set

Exposure one or all of the following:

• Python
• Java
• Flutter
• Public Cloud Platforms (GCP Preferred)
• Agile
• API's
• Kubernetes

Responsibilities:

• Interface regularly with engineering and operations teams
• Work to become the SME within the Digital Engineering environment
• Work within a Product environment and participate in related activities
• Initial work with reporting, documentation, QA fundamentals, automation testing, Python, AB testing. Story-writing, etc.

Technical Training Rotations:

• Phase I: SDLC Basics -GCP Foundations
• Phase II: Quality Engineering (QE) Fundamentals -Automation Testing
• Phase III: Data Science - Python and AB Testing; Statistics and GCP Training
• Phase IV: Product Management -Tooling and Story Writing and Agile Methodologies
