Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly communicative and result-driven Junior Sales Manager to join our team

in Wiesbaden. This B2B role focuses on expanding our retail network and enhancing client

relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through email outreach and cold calling.
  • Convert leads into first-time clients.
  • Increase client spend through tailored offers and quarterly catch-ups.
  • Gather product feedback to inform development.
  • Present products and collections to clients and leads.
  • Travel to meet clients or leads in person as needed.


Requirements:

  • No prior sales experience necessary.
  • Highly communicative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Result-driven and proactive in taking initiatives.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to an unstructured startup environment.
  • Ability to work from the Wiesbaden office at least 3 days a week.
