Summary

The Ligabue Group is a historical player in the Food Service sector and specialised in services for the maritime and energy industry markets. It develops Procurement, Catering and Facility Management services (including various integrated solutions, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance), and operates primarily in the maritime sector, for Cruise Ships, Ferries, Cargo Ships, and in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Construction sectors, on Off Shore platforms and at On Shore fields in remote areas.


For our Headquartes in Venice-Marghera we are looking for a


JUNIOR SALES DEVELOPER


The ideal candidate is a person with a strong interest in the commercial world, to support our sales team in the management and development of business activities, both in Italy and abroad.

The selected figure will have the opportunity to undertake a structured growth path, working in close contact with Sales Managers and actively participating in the dynamics of commercial planning, operational management, negotiations, and data analysis.


Tasks and Responabilities


  • supporting the planning and management of sales activities
  • drafting and managing commercial offers and customer orders
  • operational coordination between warehouses, forwarding agents and internal departments to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • verifying the sending of commercial and administrative documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
  • monitoring income and supporting control activities with the relevant offices
  • managing and updating the CRM
  • updating of sales lists
  • supporting in the research of new business opportunities


Requirements


  • bachelor’s degree in economics or foreign languages
  • excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • available to travel (national or international)
  • strong analytical skills and orientation towards problem solving
  • aptitude for teamwork, accuracy, reliability and proactivity


Nice to have


  • knowledge of additional languages (Spanish or German)
  • knowledge of SAP
  • 2 years in B2B commercial role
