Role: Junior Research Analyst

Location: Gurgaon, Mysore, Gift City Gandhinagar

Job Description

• Design, develop and implement quantitative trading strategies for Indian markets and international markets
• Conduct research and analysis of market data to identify opportunities for profitable trades
• Researching portfolio construction and risk allocation techniques
• Back-testing ideas using historical tick-by- tick data
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and optimize trading strategies
• Monitor and analyse market data and news to identify potential market risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and mathematical modelling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's, Master's, from a college or university.
• Prior experience in automated trading strategy development with a top HFT firm / hedge fund
