What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for contract positions across multiple domains.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers on MSP-driven client requirements.
• Utilize job boards, databases, and VMS portals to find the best available talent.
• Conduct phone screenings and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Track candidate activity and manage data in our ATS.
• Learn end-to-end US recruitment best practices through hands-on experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment (US staffing experience is required - MSP Staffing).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work night shifts and grow in a competitive, target-oriented setup.
• Energetic, fast learner with a go-getter attitude.
• Graduate in any discipline.
