Your New Role

• Assist in managing tenant relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day real estate operations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and report on property performance, including occupancy rates and financial metrics.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Participate in marketing and leasing efforts to attract new tenants.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
