A taste of what you’ll do

The Junior Project Manager takes the initiative and works alongside product owners, software developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth technical delivery from planning through to execution. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this role supports both internal and external initiatives and plays a key role in driving project success, improving processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring audit-readiness.

• Coordinate and manage the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects, including new market entries, features, and product launches.
• Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
• Establish, document, and improve operational and delivery processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, plans, test logs, and post-project reviews.
• Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring compliance-related documentation and records are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to anticipate and meet regulatory and certification requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Liaise with testing labs and certification bodies to ensure timely and successful technical audits and certifications.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proper risk documentation and response plans.
• Assist with change management activities during project implementation to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
• Maintain and optimize our project management toolset, ensuring clarity and consistency across all initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out ways to streamline workflows and enhance delivery quality.
• Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities that support project and business success.

• Experience working in a project delivery or coordination role, preferably in a regulated or technology-focused environment.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
• Understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and audit processes is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in the iGaming industry or regulated markets is advantageous.
