Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Junior Project Manager that assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager. They will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- The Junior Project Manager will be coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks
- Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status
- Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- The Junior Project Manager will be contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors
Requirements
- PMP required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
