We are opening a stage position to learn the job of Junior Project Management Officer within an ongoing ambitious international program called “Insurance In A Box”. It is a very large, challenging and complex IT transformation project with multiple countries involved and revolving around Core Insurance systems.

The resource will operate within the Division of Global Core Application Platform for Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP).

Responsibility:

• Support the relevant stakeholders involved in the project
• Assist with the management project meetings with the different business functions involved
• Prepare the relevant supporting documents through the project lifecycle
• Collect and analyze data
• Create reports, dashboard and presentation to monitor project activities
• Manage users and tool access

Milan office presence requested 2 days a week.
