Summary: Our client team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Program Manager to support our cutting-edge quantum computing program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the future of quantum computing. As a Junior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by tracking deliverables, organizing materials, and facilitating communication across various teams. You will work closely with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Deliverable Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of deliverables across engineering and non-technical teams to ensure timely completion and identify potential issues * Material Organization: Organize and maintain project materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date * Meeting Participation: Attend and actively participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items * Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between different teams, ensuring clear and effective communication; Prepare and present project status reports and updates * Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials * Support: Provide general administrative support to the program management team as needed; Assist in resource allocation and management* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed * Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
