Job Overview:

As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the product team in building high-impact features and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. You will gain hands-on experience throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while helping us shape exceptional user experiences. This role will be on a freelance basis for 6 months initially, with the possibility of moving to full-time after the 6 months have been completed. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and updating the product roadmap in coordination with the product team.
• Act as a task coordinator across teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support product decisions.
• Help ensure product quality and alignment with user needs through testing and feedback loops.
• Maintain task boards and documentation using tools like Trello or Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to follow up on progress and remove blockers.
• Support user onboarding, feedback collection, and issue triaging when needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills are required to interact with different departments and teams.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of product management.
• Passion for building meaningful products and improving user experience.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Familiarity with product development cycles and agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Jira.
• Bonus: Background or exposure to tech roles such as software development or UX/UI.
