About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Platform Manager to join our dynamic team of our Platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their project management skills while ensuring smooth operations of our digital platforms. You will support end-to-end project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our platform initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of platform-related projects and feature rollouts.
  • Monitor and maintain day-to-day platform operations, including tracking performance, user issues, and bug resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between product, tech, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare regular reports and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Help manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when required.
  • Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and platform configurations.
  • Identify platform-related risks and support mitigation strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, platform management, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or digital ecosystems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar PM software.
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a startup or tech-driven environment.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications).
