Fri-El Green Power SPA, a leader in the field of energy production from renewable sources, particularly in the wind and photovoltaic sectors, is looking for a Junior Operations Manager. The O&M department is responsible for the all-round asset management and with more than 65 experienced maintenance technicians, the company is in charge of the management and maintenance of about 1 GW of Wind and 100 MW of Photovoltaic. The candidate, within the O&M department, will provide support in the management of operational activities of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, in the wind farms owned by the group. In particular, he/she will be responsible for: ensuring technical support to the Maintenance Teams coordinating the planning of ordinary maintenance activities of internally managed plants; arranging quality controls of ordinary activities carried out and related verification of compiled documentation; coordinating the technical supervision of plants where maintenance is managed by external service providers; preparing technical reports on extraordinary activities and required by insurance adjusters (e.g. Replacement of Major Components, ...) managing the archiving of turbine and breakdown technical documentation in an accurate and orderly manner; taking an active part in the management and drafting of internal procedures to improve intervention efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses: a Master's degree in engineering (preferably electrical/mechanical/energy); the ability to work at high heights; the willingness to travel within the national and European territory; advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package; good knowledge of the English language; predisposition to teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills; problem solving skills, even under pressure; goal orientation Only candidates in line with the profile as mentioned above will be contacted.
