Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the execution of Soul Jams sessions across cities, including artist coordination, venue setup, logistics, and guest experience
• Assist in planning and executing private gigs under the Feel It Live vertical, from client coordination to on-ground execution
• Handle internal ops such as scheduling, inventory, vendor management, and basic administrative tasks
• Jump in wherever needed to troubleshoot issues during events or backend workflows, think on your feet and act quickly
• Coordinate across teams, artists, vendors, and venues to keep everything running smoothly
• Help structure backend systems, checklists, and tools to make operations more efficient and scalable
