About The Role

We are seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team and assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting network operations, resolving connectivity issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in networking fundamentals, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day network support focusing on basic troubleshooting and issue resolution (e.g., IP address conflicts).
• Support and maintain network hardware components, including routers and switches.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and ensuring optimal operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve network-related issues.
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and Cisco fundamentals.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common network issues, such as IP address conflicts.
• Experience with network hardware (routing and switching).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
  

Nice To Have

• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Positive attitude and aptitude to learn new technologies and processes.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
