Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Merchandisers to join our dynamic team. As the Merchandiser, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient stock management and control. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional data skills, and a deep understanding of inventory processes. You will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, optimizing stock availability, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control:

  • Develop and maintain strategies to optimize inventory control.
  • Implement and monitor stock adjustment processes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Availability Management

  • Enhance product availability to meet the demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts.
  • Implement strategies for efficient demand forecasting and replenishment.
  • Store Level sell through analysis and creating a robust model for replenishing the top movers and outwarding dead inventory from stores.
  • Store-level Range Planning .

Key Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience - 1 - 2 years
  • Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Advanced Excel, etc.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on inventory control and efficiency.
  • Ability to establish and implement best practices for inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving impactful results.
