Job Description

  • Ensuring the functionality, installation and relocation of computer devices defined in a Windows/Mac environment (computers and accessories, servers, printers, networks and their active / passive components, basic software, virus protection, etc.)
  • Managing and administering Microsoft-based cloud services, Office 365 user management, Exchange online administration, Migrating between Microsoft-based solutions (Office 365)
  • Installation of any existing / new software
  • Operation of office systems and programs
  • Providing software, computers, and access to networked users
  • IT support for colleagues in the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum intermediate level of active English language skills, both orally and in writing
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft/Mac operating systems
  • High level of hardware and software knowledge
