You will provide essential financial support and administrative assistance to our investment team and Portfolio Managers. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions, generating reports, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

• Operations Management: Input and reconcile banking transactions to maintain precise records.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for our Family Office, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Account Monitoring: Follow up on negative accounts, manage client transfers, and oversee management fees.
• Client Support: Address and track clients’ requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Error Management: Identify and correct errors promptly to maintain data integrity.
• Documentation: Write, submit, and file essential reports to support organisational transparency and efficiency.

• A bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Financial data management and reporting proficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good knowledge of financial software and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
