As our Junior Graphic Designer at Team Everest, you will turn simple ideas into eye-catching designs that touch hearts.

You will design everything — from volunteering event posters and fundraising banners to birthday greetings and scholarship certificates.

You will create for the world outside and the team inside.

You will primarily design using Canva, our main tool for all creative work.

If you love playing with colors, layouts, and ideas — and you believe design can make people feel something — this role is waiting for you.

What You Will Do?

Designing for Events, Campaigns, and Communication

• Event Posters: Design posters for various corporate volunteering events.
• Social Media Creatives: Create visually compelling designs for Team Everest’s social media channels.
• Internal Communication Designs: Create heartwarming designs for birthdays, work anniversaries, Christmas celebrations, and more.
• Certificate Designs: Design certificates for volunteers, students, and program participants.
• Handbook Covers: Design attractive covers for program handbooks and materials.
• Web Banners: Create banners for volunteering events, fundraising campaigns, and scholarships.
• Corporate Reports: Design visually appealing corporate reports and organizational reports.
  
  

Supporting Visual Communication Across Projects

• PPT Decks and Instruction Sheets: Design professional PowerPoint decks and event instruction sheets for various volunteer, beneficiary, fundraising, and scholarship programs.
• Other Creatives: Create Ad creatives, nameboards, flyers, brochures, standees, logos, and more as required for different projects.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with different teams (Volunteering, Fundraising, HR, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
• Ownership: Take complete responsibility for fulfilling any design requirement that arises in the organization.

What We are Looking For?

Education: Any graduate degree (Design background is a bonus, but not mandatory.)

Skills Required For Job:

• Eye for design: Understanding of basic design principles is needed
• Strong Canva Skills: You must be comfortable designing different types of creative assets using Canva.
• Visual Eye: Ability to create clean, modern, and heart-touching designs.
• Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to bring fresh ideas and customize designs based on different audiences.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure that every creative is accurate, neat, and visually pleasing.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple design requests at the same time without missing deadlines.
• Work Ethic: You should love learning, work hard, and take ownership of your work independently and with a team.
