As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of Biocol Labs. You will be responsible for financial reporting, payments, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Finance Manager and external accountants, you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial processes, compliance, and budget forecasting.

This role is ideal for recent finance or accounting graduates or junior accountants looking to transition into financial control. It offers a fast-learning environment, direct impact on business decisions, and the opportunity to grow into a more senior finance role in a dynamic start-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, payments, and analysis to support company-wide decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage invoice reconciliation and payment control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the main liaison with external accounting teams, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Support budget forecasting and financial planning by providing data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and best practices.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
