Connect Search is hiring Junior Manufacturing Estimator in Waukesha.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes for military and commercial opportunities from customers and new business prospects
• Communicate with vendors for best pricing and delivery
• Develop expertise in U.S. military quoting database
• Ability to read blueprints of assembly drawings of harnesses (CAD style - Electrical schematics and wire diagrams)
• Become proficient in using the company’s ERP system (M1) for quotation development, vendor pricing requests, tracking parts pricing
• Update Purchase Orders with current costs
• Communicate with customers’ technical representatives
• Operate with a continuous improvement mindset, improve efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, or Equivalent is preferred
• 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Customer Service is preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred
• Wire harness assembly experience is preferred
