We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated “Junior Digital Marketer” to join our team.

The main purpose of the role is to create brand awareness, customer engagement and generation of valuable leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• creates and maintains a marketing actions calendar for short-term viral initiatives and long-term campaigns.
• creates opportunities supporting the organizations business plan (direct) sales and leads generation by developing concepts and employing (online) campaigns on specific target groups. Maintains and enhances brand awareness according to marketing strategies, through digital properties and traditional means in collaboration with external agencies, where needed.
• designs and implements marketing actions for existing customer base; by deploying cross or upsell actions, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery of value added services to the customers
• creates content for social media platforms and work closely with copywriters for all other marketing material. Brief and debrief external partners who create content such as Above the Line campaigns for the company's needs.
• monitors the corporate share of voice through (digital) listening tools and methodologies and focus groups. Analyzes and interprets reports from the listening tools that provide industry level rankings and key learnings that refer to the brands' presence and strategy.
• analyzes relevant market trends and developments. Initiates research into customer needs and return with regard to service, products and channel preferences.
• monitors the marketing related Customer Experience and evaluates if it is aligned with the brand values and the company's omnichannel approach. Evaluates marketing actions and decides whether to maintain, modify, pause or stop them. Identifies relevant and potential touchpoints within the marketing related Customer Journey, tests if the touchpoint is suitable for marketing actions, evaluates the results and proposes the best marketing actions.
• participates in assigned projects, in accordance with project management guidelines.

Knowledge

• BSc related to marketing & communication. Basic knowledge of how to set digital campaigns (social media, Direct Display) & interpret reports.
• Fluency in speaking and reading business English.
• Basic knowledge of the insurance market, IAG’s products and services and an understanding how to interpret commercial and marketing KPI’s (such as CPA, ROI ROAS).
• Excellent knowledge of the tone of voice of the company brands.
• 0-2 years of experience.
