Summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on device testing using both standard and custom test setups.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for performance improvement.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
  • Develop and implement reliability test procedures to ensure device performance and longevity.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
  • Oversee testing lab maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design enhancements.
  • Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.
  • Assist in ReRAM device characterization, test report generation, and reliability assessments.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
  • Basic knowledge of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.
  • Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools to evaluate test results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities.
