Job Title: Junior Developer

Key Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript for writing solutions

Compensation:

• Probation (First 3 months): ₹10,000 per month
• Post Probation: ₹3.25 LPA CTC
• ₹25,000 monthly salary
• ₹25,000 performance bonus (payable at the end of 1 year)
