Summary

Job Summary: The Junior DBA will be responsible for creating and maintaining SQL-based reports to support our organization's decision-making. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely, and informative reports. Be part of our journey towards a data-driven futureapply today! Key Responsibilities: Report Development: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases. Design and develop reports using reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI). Create visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to effectively communicate data insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements. Effectively communicate report findings and recommendations. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Data Governance: Adhere to data governance policies and procedures. Maintain data quality and integrity. Qualifications and Skills: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong SQL skills, including knowledge of advanced SQL functions and techniques. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI). Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Flexible work arrangements.
