Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Work with other departments to gather data for reports and dashboards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to improve business processes.
• Ensure compliance with company good governance principles in all data-related activities.
• This position is contract based.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role minimal 5 years.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Syariah principles and their application in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Can join immediately.
