Requirements:


  • Very good degree (e.g. business mathematics, statistics, actuarial science)
  • First professional experience in the field of data analytics, business intelligence, tracking desirable
  • Enjoy analytical, structured and data-driven work
  • Goal-oriented, results-focused and flexible way of working
  • Programming skills (e.g. Python, R)
  • Experience in working with relational databases (esp. SQL)
  • Hands-on mentality, quality standards and a precise, results-focused and independent way of working
  • You are business fluent in English and/or in German



Responsibilities:


  • Analysis, evaluation and optimization of customer journey and usage data
  • Improvement of the customer experience through the development of data insights, KPI views and self-service data views
  • Ensuring data quality - preparation, combination and cleansing of data (Google Analytics, databases, QlikView, Python,...)
  • Further development, improvement and stabilization of tracking, reporting, data quality and measurement methods
  • Development of associated optimization strategies and visualization of data and analysis results
