What will you be doing?
The real estate market is undergoing a significant and exciting change – driven by data and technology. The main focus of this position will be to support the team in leveraging our product portfolio and developing new data driven solutions to address new business challenges of our clients. The role will establish a profound relationship with the regional and EMEA research teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the automation of manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available analytics and data visualization
- Review and evaluate collected data and secure data quality, consistency, accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Liaise with EMEA and Local CBRE research team to collaborate and implement new solutions
- Contribute to the broader rollout of the Core Enablement Platform in collaboration with the Digital & Technology and Customer Success teams
Who are you?
We are looking for a committed, ambitious and independent student who has a great sense of responsibility for tasks and deadlines. You should be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and have a positive, innovative and opportunistic mindset. You must thrive in an international environment and an informal tone, where it is crucial that you speak and write English at a high level.
Preferably you are studying a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, data analytics, business intelligence or related disciplines.
Qualifications
Other qualifications we are looking for (you do not have to tick all the boxes to be the right match for the position):
- You have experience in an analytically oriented, data, or quantitative role
- You have programming experience in Python or R and respective data analysis libraries
- You have basic knowledge of some of the following technologies: Alteryx, SQL and relational database concepts, and an intrinsic motivation to develop these skills
- You have basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI and enjoy converting data into valuable insights
- You have strong numerical skills including the ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of numerical data into clearly defined outputs based on a project driven approach.
- You'll take ownership of data quality, including performing manual data entry tasks as needed to ensure our end users have reliable information. You recognize that consistent data maintenance is key to driving successful data analysis
- You have an excellent understanding of the English language but can also communicate in Danish
