Then you must be the right talent to join our team as a Junior Content Project Manager!

Within the Content Production team, as a Junior Content Project Manager you will oversee the development and execution of selected content productions, autonomously managing projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities include concept development, budget management, cross-functional team coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that meets Piaget's creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation Management: Coordinate the creation of seasonal campaign activations and evergreen content, overseeing all stages of the creative process to ensure on-time delivery of assets aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives and creative standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, press, commercial, markets, and VM) to develop materials that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Budgetary Oversight: Supervise project budgets, including cost estimates, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Brand Integrity & Quality Assurance: Maintain Piaget’s creative integrity and high standards by delivering projects on schedule while adhering to established brand guidelines.

The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in content project management or a related field (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong project management abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable across various markets and environments.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and demonstrated interest in the luxury industry.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • University graduate, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with the Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
