One of our top clients in Denver, CO is looking for a Buyer to join their team! This position will support individuals and specific category groups within the Supply Chain department. In this role, there is an emphasis on accounting and supply chain. This position is a 12-month contract-to-potential-hire or continued extensions!

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months - 1+ year of experience as a Buyer, Invoicing Specialist, or in Supply Chain
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to Have Experience:

• Oil & Gas experience

• Able to work efficiently and prioritize effectively

• Communicate professionally in a clear logical style (both written and oral)
• It is a very fast-paced environment that’s constantly changing and re-prioritizing. We will need a candidate that is adaptable, and very much a self-starter.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process and verify accuracy of department invoices, including timely payment and applying discounts where applicable.
• Request quotes and write purchase orders
• Process material transfers
• Update and maintain records of equipment
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports
• Annual physical yard counts and reconciliation process - would require quarterly field site visits
