We’re looking for a Junior Business Development & Social Media Executive who can help us grow our client base and elevate our presence—especially on LinkedIn. If you're someone who enjoys chasing leads and crafting content, you’ll thrive here.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development
  • Research and identify potential brands that can benefit from Eleantz’s services.
  • Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, event databases, and competitor tracking.
  • Write and send outreach messages, follow-ups, and initial proposals.
  • Maintain and update BD trackers, CRMs, and prospect databases regularly.
  • Assist in creating pitch decks, case studies, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for call scheduling and post-call actions.


Social Media – LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Assist in drafting engaging posts for Eleantz’s LinkedIn page—covering wins, case studies, team updates, and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate Instagram content that highlights team culture and fun behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Work with the design team to bring content ideas to life.
  • Track performance insights and engagement analytics to refine content strategy.
  • Stay informed about content trends in the e-commerce and B2B agency space.


What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, social media, or client servicing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A structured approach to tracking leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Understanding of how LinkedIn works for B2B networking and branding.
  • A self-starter with curiosity about the e-commerce world.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, or Google Workspace is a plus.
