Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Relations or similar 
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, consulting, business development, or market research  
  • Interest in consulting, digital transformation strategy and the German business landscape 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment 
  • Experience preparing client proposals, supporting sales pipelines or working in cross-functional/international teams is a plus 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus 


Main responsibilities

  • Identify and pre-qualify potential contacts through online research and networking platforms 
  • Track tender opportunities and support submission processes across German and EU platforms 
  • Support the preparation of winning proposals for German and European tenders 
  • Collaborate in identifying partnerships for projects 
  • Assiste with the LBC’s commercial database management 
  • Operate CRM and help manage the sales pipeline and reporting 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategy in Germany
