Job Title: Junior Brand Manager (Contract)

Employment Type: Temporary – 4+ Weeks (Potential to convert to Full-Time)

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to support brand initiatives during a critical campaign period. This is a 4+ week temporary contract with the opportunity to contribute to high-impact brand strategy and marketing efforts. Ideal for early-career professionals or recent grads with 1–2 years of relevant experience or solid internships in brand marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Support execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and events
• Assist in developing marketing materials and brand assets with consistent messaging
• Help conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative) to maintain brand alignment
• Monitor brand performance metrics and contribute to reporting and analysis
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials and touchpoints

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of brand marketing experience (internships count!)
• Understanding of brand positioning, market trends, and consumer behavior
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g. Canva, Meta, Google Analytics)
