About the Role
MBTG Tax & Accounting Services is hiring Junior Accounting/Audit Associates to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in tax, accounting, and audit. You’ll be working with a range of clients and industries, helping to ensure accurate financial records, compliance, and effective communication.
Success in this position means being thorough, organized, and proactive—delivering outputs on time and fostering strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues. You’ll play a vital role in helping MBTG deliver excellent professional services that meet regulatory standards and client needs.
Responsibilities
Record monthly transactions of external clients in accounting software
Prepare financial reports, tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual), management letters, and official client communications
Maintain organized digital and physical financial and tax records for assigned clients
Analyze and understand the client’s key systems, processes, and industry context to support audit and compliance requirements
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives
Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing client concerns
Collaborate with internal teams from tax, business registration, and other service areas to ensure well-rounded client support
Support the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end tasks
Qualifications
BS Accountancy graduate or equivalent
Experience or solid knowledge in tax, accounting, or auditing (internships count)
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Open to fresh graduates with the right attitude and learning mindset
