AppX is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer to architect and build cutting-edge autonomous AI systems. In this role, you'll develop intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing actions autonomously in dynamic environments. We’re looking for someone passionate about pushing the limits of LLM-driven agents, Reinforcement Learning, and multi-agent collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that learn, adapt, and operate in complex real-world scenarios.
• Optimize TensorFlow models for real-time performance and low-latency inference.
• Enhance decision-making capabilities through Reinforcement Learning, planning strategies, and heuristic methods.
• Build and scale multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and others.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT).
• Implement observability and monitoring using tools like OpenTelemetry, the ELK Stack, and Prometheus.
• Ensure robust AI safety, ethical behaviour, and secure interactions within agent environments.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software teams to drive innovation in Agentic AI.
• Continuously stay ahead of emerging trends in autonomous systems, self-improving models, and coordinated multi-agent behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered agents (e.g., AutoGPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, OpenAI Function Calling).
• Solid understanding of RL, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.
