Adecco presents an exciting opportunity for a Account Receivable/ Collection Agent in Edmonton, AB. We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accountant position, working on a contract with our esteemed client, a multinational industry leader in the field of industrial gases and services.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in receivables and collection calls. Join our client's workforce, which prioritizes professional growth and fosters a collaborative and welcoming work environment.

• Location: Edmonton, AB | In-Office
• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 am – 5 pm
• Job type: Full-Time | Temporary for 2 months to start with high possibility of extension, or permanent hire
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: $23/ hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting Billing Adjustments
• Handling Collection Calls/Emails
• Distributing invoice/Statement copies
• Setting up Monthly Cash collection in CyberSource
• Processing payments

Requirements and Qualifications:

We expect the following qualifications from our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business is an asset
• Minimum 6 months of collections or Account Receivable experience is required.
• Customer Service Experience in office environment. Experience dealing with customers on daily bases is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service abilities
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Residency in Edmonton is required
• Must be available to start ASAP
• Legal eligibility to work full-time hours in Canada
