We are currently looking to hire Junior Accountants, who will be working on a portfolio of clients of varying sizes and operating in various industries.

Whether you're looking to kickstart your career in accounting or already have some experience and want to broaden your skills, this role offers the perfect opportunity to grow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry and ledger postings
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with the basic preparation of monthly management accounts
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice or expense discrepancies
• Assist with VAT returns and other compliance-related tasks, as required
• Take on more complex accounting responsibilities as you gain experience and progress academically

Requirements:

• Either completion of the first three ACCA exams and/or work experience in a similar role.
• A team player with a can-do and motivated mindset
• Must already be based in Malta
