Junior Account Manager - Maintenance Division

My client is a leader in the Memphis area landscape industry and they are looking to fill an open position for an entry level Junior Account Manager for their maintenance division.

Qualified Applicants Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in landscape related field.

3-5 years’ field experience in the landscape industry.

Leadership background in the landscape industry.

Excellent communication skills

Time management skills, ability to multitask

A working knowledge of common pest and disease issues on plant material

Willingness to learn

Good driving record

Self-motivation

Job Requirements Will Include, But Not Limited To

Frequent communication with clients (phone calls, texts, emails, and site visits)

Daily scheduling of multiple crews in multiple locations

Communication with supervisors and foremen on job specific details

Walk properties frequently for quality control

Estimate and sell landscape upgrades and enhancements to existing clients

Estimate and sell landscape maintenance contracts to potential clients

Oversee all aspects of enhancements jobs sold including procurement, deliveries, and installation.
