We're looking for an Internal Audit Assistant Manager whos ready to take part in shaping a strong internal control culture within our luxury retail environment. If you're analytical, detail-driven, and passionate about risk management and compliance, this role is calling your name.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute internal audit activities across departments to ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Evaluate and improve internal control systems and risk management processes.
• Identify potential areas of vulnerability and recommend solutions for process improvement.
• Conduct special audits and investigations when needed.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal control improvements.
• Stay updated with best practices, regulatory changes, and audit standards.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internal audit or external audit (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with audit tools or ERP systems is a plus.
