Job Title: Jr. UI/UX Designer (Ahmedabad-Onsite)

Experience: 2-3 years (above 3yrs do not apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and interaction flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure design consistency across products and platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, and final UI designs
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision)
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working in Agile environments
