As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Junior Solutions Architect to join our team and help design scalable, strategic HubSpot solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do


✅ Technical Expertise – Gain a deep understanding of HubSpot’s platform (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, etc.) and how its ecosystem operates.

Solution Design & Implementation – Help design and implement custom HubSpot solutions that are scalable and meet business objectives.

Data & System Integration – Work on data mapping and system integrations, ensuring seamless workflows across platforms.

Needs Assessment – Conduct requirements gathering to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.

Problem Solving – Analyze whether requested HubSpot functionalities are feasible and how best to implement them.

Consulting & Project Support – Work with consulting teams and clients to guide them through solution design and implementation processes.

Change Management – Assist in adoption strategies and help clients navigate changes when implementing new HubSpot solutions.

What You Bring


⭐ 1-3 years of experience in HubSpot administration, CRM implementation, RevOps, or related roles.

⭐ Understanding of HubSpot’s platform, automation, and integration capabilities.

⭐ Experience in data mapping, process design, or CRM strategy is a plus.

⭐ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

⭐ Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ Willingness to learn and grow into an advanced solutions architect role.


Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)


🚀 Experience with HubSpot custom integrations or API connections.

🚀 Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, or other CRM tools.

🚀 HubSpot certifications in Sales, Marketing, or CRM.
