Junior Software Developer with a strong expertise in managing development workflows and ensure high-quality, error-free code from start to release. They will be responsible for establishing and adhering to coding standards, documentation, and SOPs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing development workflows, SOPs, documentation and coding standards
• Do quality/regression tests before releasing the code
• Reporting for daily usage of hours in PMS or respective systems and improve productivity (ex. learning/ research / internal tasks / projects / etc)
• Generating error-free code, and achieve definition of done at first go
• Completing projects/ tasks on assigned time and utilize additional/free time on internal projects
• Prepare reports and update PM proactively
• Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies.
• Be part of sprint/scrum review meetings, and daily standups
• Completing and reporting about projects/ tasks on assigned time
• Continuously learn and upgrade technical skills
• Complete certifications, if applicable
