Job responsibility

• Legal support to activities within KSA;
• Legal support to the Senior Legal KSA in contract drafting, monitor and interpretation of the local regulation relevant to the Engie businesses in the Kingdom
• Ensure compliance with the Engie Ethics Code of Conduct and policies.
• Encourage a culture of compliance with laws, ethics and integrity in the Group; and
• Control the use, quality and cost of external legal counsels.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures in KSA and ensure ENGIE interests are safeguarded;

Qualifications

• Law Degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of Legal experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Legal Knowledge
• Labor Law
• Background in Energy
