Requirements
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist potential candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain employee records and databases.
Assist in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace issues.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee attendance records.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Support in drafting HR documents, letters, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Performance & Training:
Support in employee training and development programs.
Assist in performance appraisal documentation and coordination.
Gather feedback from employees and suggest HR improvements.
